Paleo Lovers, I’d love to introduce you to Jennifer Smits the Owner of The Seasoned Chef LLC. Her business model is to provide the busy individual with healthy, organic and local food. She specializes in gluten free, dairy free and paleo friendly meals. Being in the health and wellness industry for 10 years beginning in the industry as a certified personal trainer, has made her very knowledgeable about how to give our bodies the nutrition it needs to survive and ultimately thrive.
I have partnered with her to bring you a Paleo Friendly Freezer Meal Workshop. This workshop entails all paleo friendly ingredients, as local and fresh as possible as well as organic and high quality as she can get them.
TWO OPPORTUNITIES TO ATTEND:
Wednesday, April 19 at 6:30pm
Thursday, May 4 at 6:30pm
When you register at www.tonyaholcomb.com/events, you will select the DATE that you are registering for.
Deposit will be $50 for this event. This will ensure your guaranteed spot.
The remainder $155 will be paid in cash or check to The Seasoned Chef the day of the workshop.
** Serious deposits only. Jennifer will be buying the groceries ahead of time and will require everyone to have their own spot making 10 of the same entrée. If for whatever reason you are sick or can’t make it you will need to have someone show up in your place.
Each Entrée / Dinner will provide you with 4 servings, feeding a family of 4.
Price per dinner equates to approximately $20/ Entrée
Each serving is about $5 per person
Everyone will walk away 10 different prepared freezer meals
A cooler is helpful for transporting meals but is not required
